“It was great. Just a couple suggestions. A spare roll of toilet paper would have been great. Luckily we carry a roll in our truck. Also, the description should state that the kitchen is not stocked with anything. Seeing a kitchen with cabinets, one would think there are supplies. Ex dishes, silverware, and cleaning supplies at a minimum. Loved the floating seadoo docks. ”

“Room was really clean!! Door looked like someone broke into it & light shined through it when it was closed. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work! Other than that it was a nice stay!!”

“We were in town for a horse show. Rented a double bed room. The room is really nice. Looks newly renovated. Very spacious. Has a two burner stove. Refrigerator. Microwave. Large tv. Large walk in closet. Nice spacious shower. And most of all the price was reasonable ”

“Quaint southern bed and breakfast with lovely staff, good food, comfy beds and good vibes. They go out of their way to accommodate. This is an old 1900s boarding house made B&B. Lots of charm. You feel the history of the area and the house. We came out for a wedding at a local ranch and were more than pleased with our stay”

“Spacious and comfortable house. Perfect location if you’re going to Rocker B for baseball. My 7 year old slept on the couch every night because she said it was “cozy like the cozy cabin.” Washer and dryer worked great for managing a lot of swimming and baseball clothes. The neighborhood consists of some pretty tightly packed trailer houses, but the house itself sits on a bigger lot. We enjoyed our stay here!”

The house was great to hold several families and we also hosted a team dinner where we cooked out and played cornhole, wiffle ball and cooked out smores in the fire pit!
